Taylor Pytlik, MRC, CRC, CCM, CVE, IPEC

Vocational Specialist

Taylor Pytlik is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Vocational Evaluator, International Psychometric Evaluator, and Certified Case Manager. She is an active member of the American Board of Vocational Experts and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.

Since 2024, Taylor has served as a Member-at-Large on the SSVE Board and as of 2025, serves on the Social Security Vocational Expert Section Legislative Affairs Committee. She brings over a decade of experience and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice.

Taylor conducts vocational evaluations for The Verity Group, demonstrating leadership on key initiatives and actively mentoring and developing new experts. A key collaborator and valued teammate, Taylor consistently drives excellence and fosters growth within the organization.

In addition, Taylor provides expert testimony for Social Security Disability hearings. She has presented at the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals Conference, the American Board of Vocational Experts Conference, and a Disability Law Summit, sharing insights on best practices and emerging trends.

Before joining The Verity Group in 2021, Taylor worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in state disability services and workers’ compensation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University in 2014 and her master’s in rehabilitation counseling in 2015.
